sooooooo…..i’m here today to talk about karma. it’s a word that gets thrown around a lot in western society, mostly by idiots who have no idea what they’re talking about (like pretty much everything else). so i’ve decided to throw in my two cents about how i know karma to be true.

karma, as i understand it, can be compared to a seed. you plant a seed, it grows, it flourishes it if nourish it, and eventually it produces fruit. so say you plant a lime seed; what results is a lime tree. you’re not going to get a peanut plant or an apple tree. you plant a lime seed, you’re going to get a lime tree.

such is karma. if what you plant is kind words and beautiful thoughts and acts of good from your heart, what you will receive will be rainbows and flowers and sparkly glitter and happiness. likewise, if you plant shit talking and backstabbing and ugly thoughts, what you will receive will be loads of crap.

obviously, karma is not the end all and be all of every single thing that happens in the whole entire world. and it’s a lot more complex than i’m making it seem. but the general rule (which is taught in schools of thought and religions from all around the world) is that you reap what you sow.

so, this whole “karma is a bitch” thing isn’t just for you to to feel self assured that your asshole boss is going to get hit by a bus for yelling at you in front of your mom at lunch today. don’t worry about him. what matters is that you’re doing everything from the beautiful light of your heart, and all will be right.
